During the last couple of weeks at our School Council meetings we have been discussing Respect because we noticed that children weren’t respecting the teachers and equipment properly. As we didn’t want it to go unnoticed we decided to do an assembly on Respect so the children would be more polite to others. We said in the assembly that the children would have to start looking after the equipment or they will not get any more. School Council made posters and a power point to go around school to remind the children that they need to look after the equipment. A lot of people took this advice from us and they are doing this in the classroom and in playground. We don’t just do it in school, outside as well.
